Triumph Consultants are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide first-line support, deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.
Contract is for 7 months in Chichester.

Key requirements
- Experience working within an IT Service Desk or IT support environment.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using ITSM platforms and supporting incidents and service requests.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a broad range of first-line technical issues whilst delivering a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and user enquiries.
- Provide first-line support, deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.
- Support account administration, access management, knowledge management and operational support activities whilst maintaining excellent customer communication and service standards.
