Working in partnership with our client Tangmere Airfield Nurseries, we are currently seeking Crop Workers to assist in the day-to-day production and maintenance of crops based at their state-of-the-art greenhouse/packing operation located in Tangmere, Chichester.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive team, working together to ensure the best of British grown peppers are properly maintained and harvested.
No experience necessary, you will receive full training and the skills required.
With ongoing guidance from expert supervisors, you will learn how to pick the freshest produce straight from the plants.

The vacancies we have are for part-time or full-time positions.
Our day shift hours are 7.00am to 4.00pm (Monday to Friday). You will receive 2 half hour breaks during every shift.
Part time: minimum of 3 day shift (8 hours/day) per week.
With the ability to choose your consistent weekly working day.
We are also flexible to offer shifts for 4 or 5 days a week.
Full time: 40 hours per week (if over 18).
In addition, optional overtime is available during peak production.
