Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
- Track and report on student progress and development.
Requirements
- Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Optional: Experience working within a healthcare/care worker setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
