Are you passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential? Hays Education is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Chesterfield. We welcome applications from candidates with experience supporting students in schools, SEND settings, care environments, or other youth-focused roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with their learning, confidence, and personal development.
- Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need additional help.
- Helping students stay engaged, focused, and motivated throughout the school day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- A supportive, patient, and encouraging approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in education, SEND, care, youth work, or similar settings is desirable.
