- Hours: Monday to Friday, Standard hours are 08:00 - 18:00
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Company van, fuel and insurance provided
- Immediate starts available following successful interview and vetting process
Pay Rates:
- £14.73 per hour - Standard hours
- £17.53 per hour - Hours worked before 08:00 or after 19:00
- £22.10 per hour - Overtime after 45 hours per week
Duties of the Van Driver:
- Delivering and collecting parcels from business and residential customers throughout Chester and surrounding areas
- Completing approximately 70-90 deliveries and collections per day
- Working on a dedicated delivery route across Chester, Cheshire, Wirral or North Wales
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Representing the company professionally while carrying out Van Driver duties
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous Van Driver or delivery driving experience preferred
- Basic DBS Check
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable work, education or benefits history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A reliable, punctual and professional attitude
