Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

  • - Carry out routine vehicle maintenance at roadside and during mobile calls.
  • - Perform breakdown repairs, focusing on light diagnostics and minor repairs.
  • - Undertake early-stage repair tasks and basic mechanical work.
  • - Coordinate major repairs and mechanical tasks with the workshop team.
  • - Maintain accurate service records and provide excellent customer service.
  • - Work independently in the field while adhering to safety procedures.
  • - Support the team to ensure efficient service delivery across the market area.

Requirements of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

  • - Proven experience as a Mobile Mechanic or similar role.
  • - Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • - Knowledge of roadside recovery processes and breakdown procedures.
  • - Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • - Basic tools and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • - Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays.
  • - A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering quality service.
