HCRG Care Group is offering a funded 12-month training programme to become a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) in Essex. Trainees undertake university training with Anna Freud while working in the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Services, delivering low intensity support and guided self-help to children and families.

The programme requires completion of a PgDip CWP with assessments across presentations, analysis, posters and case documentation, commencing January 2027.
