Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying abilities from level 1 to level 3.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
- Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.
Requirements
- Ideally a background in pastry whether that is within industry or teaching.
- An assessors qualification would also be useful
- Candidates with a strong industry background will be considered
