An established and professional financial services business is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its office-based team in Cheadle.

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated across internal systems.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and processing new business applications.
- Build positive relationships with clients, providers and third parties, acting as a key point of contact.
- Help coordinate the collection and management of client and provider documentation.
- Support regulatory and compliance activities to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Produce professional correspondence and documentation for clients and providers.
- Contribute to a collaborative office environment by supporting wider administrative and operational activities.

- Previous experience within a professional services environment.
- Experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Intelliflo Office would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients, providers and colleagues.
- Comfortable using business systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling client information and records.
- A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support different areas of the business.
