Completely Care is recruiting a Nursery Assistant for a friendly and welcoming nursery in Charlbury, Oxfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to gain experience in childcare, Early Years education, or a nursery setting.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will help create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn through play, develop confidence, and build important social skills.
You will work alongside experienced Early Years professionals who are committed to providing high-quality childcare and education.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children with play, learning activities and daily routines
- Assisting with indoor and outdoor activities that encourage development and creativity
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and caring environment
- Encouraging children's communication, confidence and independence
- Supporting meal times, story sessions and group activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Assisting the nursery team in delivering high standards of care and Early Years education
- Who We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic about working with children
- Caring, patient and reliable
- A confident communicator with good teamwork skills
- Keen to learn and develop within childcare and Early Years education
- Able to contribute positively to a busy nursery environment
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous nursery, childcare, education or support work experience is helpful but not essential
- Childcare qualifications are welcomed but not required
- A willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check if required
- Full training and ongoing support available
