Casual Room Attendant to help present our beautifully appointed rooms to the highest standard of elegance and care.

The Role
- Maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional luxury standards
- Support a seamless and comfortable guest experience
- Uphold cleanliness, presentation and brand expectations

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail
- Replenish linens, towels and amenities to luxury standards
- Ensure trolleys, equipment and supplies are fully stocked and organised Respond courteously to guest requests and housekeeping queries
- Adhere to all health, safety and security and sustainability procedures.
