Castleford College is seeking a proactive Work Placement Officer to join our Employer Engagement team. Based at Castleford with occasional travel to Wakefield and Selby, this fixed-term role supports construction learners to become work-ready, coaching them through employability sessions and helping them secure meaningful industry placements.
You will build strong employer relationships, act as main contact for placements, and support curriculum teams to help learners progress into employment.
