We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist signage company that delivers high-end installations for globally recognised brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a specialist trade while working alongside an experienced installer, with full training provided.

Unlike standard retail fit-out work, you’ll be installing bespoke signage and branding for an impressive portfolio of clients, including Premier League football clubs, international banks, luxury brands and major drinks companies.

The Role

  • Daily travel to Central London with occasional travel to Hemel Hempstead.
  • Working alongside an experienced signage installer on high-profile projects.
  • Installing premium signage and branded displays.
  • Learning specialist installation techniques with the opportunity to develop a long-term career.
  • A strong eye for detail and genuine pride in your workmanship, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standard as clients expect a fully finished, flawless handover.
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity with the chance to join the company directly after a successful six-month agency period.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a carpentry or joinery role.
  • Detail orientated
  • PASMA and/or IPAF certification would be a significant advantage.
  • Good spoken English and excellent communication skills.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn from experienced installers.

Previous signage installation experience is not required—full training will be provided.
