Pennine Lodge Care Home is a 70-bed Registered Care Home provides an excellent standard of care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care.

Pennine Lodge requires an imaginative and enthusiastic Registered Nurse Clinical Lead, who possess the ability to continue to develop our loyal staff team as well as integrating our hospitality care and social activity events within the local community.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in leadership within the care home sector, and will be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to lead, support, train and develop people, further empowering our dedicated caring team.
  • Is able to work in collaboration with other professionals’, and agencies within the local community, who will be able to implement effective health care and social care systems and practices.
