We are searching for a Care Manager to work alongside the management team to ensure the smooth opening of our new and exciting supported living home.
The Care manager will deliver all aspects of the day-to-day running of the homes, providing leadership to the care team in promoting person-centred care within 5 self contained homes they consist of 1 bungalow and 4 apartments with 3 services users on a 2/1 basis and 2 services users on a 1/1 basis.
