At QS Care, we are recruiting experienced Care Assistants for a unique residential service where residents live in their own flats under one roof.
You will deliver essential support within a single building, meaning you get a great sense of community without wasting time traveling between locations.
The Role
- Provide personal care, assist with meal preparation, and handle domestic tasks.
- Administer medication and support residents on local shopping trips.
- Assist semi-independent residents, including double-up care using hoists and mobility aids.
- Deliver planned care calls alongside ad-hoc visits based on resident needs.
- What You Need
- Proven experience as a Care Assistant.
- Competence in medication administration and moving and handling (hoists).
- An adaptable, positive attitude.
