Ideal role for a Care Assistant looking for additional work on Weekday Mornings.
You will be based in a lovely care home, specialising in care of residents with dementia and other age-related illnesses.
This role is all about helping residents to live happy, enriched lives, providing a friendly face and aiding them in their day-to-day routines.
As you get to know the residents you support, you will be able to recognize and help them achieve their personal goals.
Additional responsibilities may also include
- domestic tasks
- following health and safety guidelines and condition update reports.
- Assisting with their day-to-day activities
- Assisting with feeding, dressing and bathing

- You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
- Have a checkable work history
- Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control.
Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
- Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.

You will be working from Monday to Friday, starting at 07.00. and finishing at 14.30.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
