Staffcall UK Ltd is a homecare provider based in Hull and the East Riding. The Role
This role is based in residential agency support in HU5. We are currently looking for full time (minimum 36 hours a week) day shifts and night shift roles, and part time day shifts. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of individuals with differing needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, continence care, mobility support, and assisted feeding where required
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies
- Delivering care in line with individualised support plans
- Supporting clients to maintain their daily routines and independence
- Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
- Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
