Part‑time | 10 hours per week | Flexible Hours We are looking for a friendly, encouraging Personal Assistant to support a young man in Stockton-on-Tees.

He is easy‑going, sociable and enjoys getting out and about.

He loves gaming, bowling, eating out, visiting the beach and spending time in arcades—and would really benefit from someone who can share in these interests while helping him build confidence and independence.

About the Role As a Personal Assistant, you will provide companionship and support with social activities, helping him to build confidence and enjoy days out in the community.

You’ll also offer gentle encouragement with small day‑to‑day tasks, such as cooking and meal preparation.

A patient, positive approach is important, along with the ability to offer occasional gentle redirection if he becomes highly focused on particular interests.
