Qualifications
- Essential o Degree level qualification (or equivalent/equivalent experience) in a marketing, digital communications or related subject
- Desirable o Short course in Social Marketing, Behaviour Change or Health Psychology
Experience
- Essential o Experience of undertaking health or wellbeing related marketing with communities, groups or in key settings.
- o Experience of implementing, monitoring and optimising paid digital advertising
Knowledge
- Essential o In depth understanding of marketing planning techniques including insight/strategy/creative development, media planning and evaluation
- o Good understanding of digital marketing techniques (social media management, email marketing, SEO etc.)
Desirable criteria
- o Knowledge of behaviour change theories used in health promotion practice
Skills
- Essential o Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including writing for different individuals/audiences
- Desirable o Ability to work through the medium of Welsh
