- Qualifications Essential o Extensive knowledge of marketing, campaigns or communications strategy acquired through a Master's degree, post graduate diploma or demonstrable equivalent learning
- Desirable o A qualification in Behaviour Change or Health Psychology
- Experience Essential o Experience of health or wellbeing related marketing, communication and engagement within an in-house or agency team
- Desirable o Significant experience of leading campaigns at a regional or national level
- Knowledge Essential o In depth understanding of campaign planning techniques
- Desirable o Knowledge of behaviour change theories used in health promotion practice
- Skills Essential o Ability to interact with people working at different levels, including senior leadership
- Desirable o Ability to work through the medium of Welsh
