Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 construction contractor on a permanent basis.
You will deliver commercial construction projects across Wales, with values up to £20 million.
The Role
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with clients and the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage programmes, drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate trades, labour, materials and the supply chain.
