We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

The successful candidate will be confident in using digital care planning systems and demonstrate excellent medication management and clinical decision-making skills to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medication Management: Safely administer medications using Electronic Medication Administration Records (E-MAR), ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practice.

Awareness: Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of medications, including potential drug interactions, contraindications, allergies, and side effects.

  • Leadership: Lead shifts effectively, providing clinical guidance and support to care assistants, delegating tasks appropriately while maintaining overall accountability for the delivery of safe and effective care.
  • NMC Registration: Current and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Digital Competency: Proven experience using E-MAR systems (such as PCS, Nourish, or similar digital care platforms) and confidence in adopting new technologies.
  • PVG Membership: Current membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Professional Development: Evidence of recent training in the Safe Handling of Medicines and a commitment to continuous professional development.
