You will guide staff, develop personalised plans, and champion a prevention-focused, trauma-informed approach across the Floret View provision.
You will collaborate with families, therapists and safeguarding colleagues to ensure holistic, dignified support and effective behavioural interventions.
Being a PBM trainer may be required.
