Hours: 23 hour night contract (Monday - Sunday on a rota basis)
St Saviours is a 29-bed nursing home supporting adult males and females with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including baking, arts & crafts, playing darts in the garden and quizzes, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
You’ll work alongside a full multi-disciplinary team including Advanced Practitioners, OT, Physio, PBM specialists, SALT, and access to Psychiatry and Psychology support. We focus on helping people live as independently and fully as possible — through rehabilitation, stimulation and meaningful care.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Advocate for safety, quality care, and best practices for the people we support.
