We're looking for an experienced and friendly F&B Assistant to join us on a fixed-term 12-month contract, with an ASAP start. The role will mainly cover evening shifts in the main hotel bar and restaurant, with occasional support for breakfast and Meetings & Events. Duties include service, setting up and closing the restaurant/bar, stocking, cashiering and helping to lead shifts. The role will mainly involve 15:00-00:00 shifts, 5 days a week including weekends, with occasional morning breakfast and late-night Meetings & Events shifts. A flexible approach to working different shifts at short notice would be beneficial.
