Lead the complete transformation of our digital business from operational management to full commercial leadership. You'll own end-to-end revenue delivery, build high-performing teams, and drive profitable growth across all e-commerce platforms whilst making a meaningful impact for children with disabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Commercial Leadership & Revenue Ownership
- Own and deliver e-commerce revenue, margin, and profitability targets
- Develop and execute digital growth strategy across all platforms
- Improve core commercial KPIs including conversion rate, ASP, and sell-through
- Build scalable commercial model to support long-term revenue growth
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms with SaaS platforms and 3PLs
- Digital Marketing & Customer Growth
- Own full digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM, and social
- Manage and optimise marketing investment to deliver strong ROAS
- Develop full-funnel growth strategy covering traffic, conversion, and retention
- Build high-value customer audiences using segmentation
- Lead structured promotional and trading calendar
- Trading, Merchandising & Performance Management
- Lead KPI and performance frameworks across all trading activity
- Drive daily/weekly trading reviews and take corrective action
- Own pricing, promotions, and markdown strategy
- Ensure optimal merchandising and product visibility
- Ensure e-commerce activity is fully compliant with relevant trading standards, platform requirements, and internal policies
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead high-performing team with clear accountabilities and KPIs
- Drive culture of ownership and commercial focus
- Develop, coach, and motivate team members to support capability and succession planning
