Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the hospitality team through training, coaching, appraisals and regular team meetings.
  • Maintain high operational standards, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed of market trends and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, environmental legislation and company policies.
  • Plan and deliver hospitality events in collaboration with clients and the events team.
  • Produce management reports, complete administrative tasks accurately, and support succession planning and team development.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or catering management experience, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Strong leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets and events.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
  • Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
