Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Activity Co-ordinator to provide occupational activity for patients with acute and complex mental illness on the Hope and Horizon inpatient units. You will work under the supervision of a qualified OT to deliver a range of therapeutic activities that promote health, well-being and recovery.
You will plan and deliver activities, coordinate with nursing and MDT teams, lead activities that support physical health, and help young people develop life skills.
