Work Planner needed in Cambridge. Paying £18.26 per hr. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and co‑ordinate daily building services appointments, ensuring all visits are scheduled effectively and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Reallocate work to operatives during periods of sickness, annual leave or unforeseen service pressures, maintaining continuity of service.
  • Prioritise jobs based on urgency, customer need and operational requirements, ensuring the most critical tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor performance against service delivery targets, identifying issues early and taking action to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all building services work carried out by trade operatives and subcontractors is accurately recorded, processed and submitted within required deadlines.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records within relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy for reporting, audit and performance monitoring.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the Repairs Supervisor, helping ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
  • Liaise with operatives, supervisors and customer service teams to resolve scheduling issues and maintain clear communication across the service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflow and enhance service delivery.
