As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll be a key part of the repair process, ensuring accurate assessments and smooth communication between customers, insurers, and the workshop.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Carrying out thorough inspections of damaged vehicles
- Liaising with insurance engineers and customers to agree repair authorisation
- Managing repair timescales and keeping all stakeholders updated
- Ensuring all assessments and documentation are completed to a high standard
- Working closely with workshop staff to ensure a smooth and efficient repair journey
This role is based in the Cambridge area.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Audatex estimating software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
