The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.
The successful candidate must have the skills and experience to enable students to become independent learners and make progress. The successful candidate would be responsible for planning, overseeing and teaching small groups of SEND students in addition to supporting students with SEND in their lessons. The ability to share your expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers is essential.
