  • Work across specialist provisions within Further Education settings.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging learning sessions.
  • Promote learner independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
  • Maintain accurate learner records while following safeguarding and college policies.
