- Work across specialist provisions within Further Education settings.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners achieve their goals.
- Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging learning sessions.
- Promote learner independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
- Maintain accurate learner records while following safeguarding and college policies.
