They are currently recruiting for a mechanical fitter to ensure minimal downtime and maximum machine availability.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Mechanical fault-finding and repairs
  • Working in a team of mechanical fitter to ensure minimal downtime
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Following and completing all planned maintenance schedules
  • Ensure health & Safety standards are met at all times.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a mechanical fitter, mechanical engineer or in a similar role.
  • Engineering apprenticeship or similar engineering qualification
  • Knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Mechanical fault finding & servicing skills
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
  • Good time management, problem solving skills and attention to detail
