Business Support | North London NHS Foundation Trust
The post holder will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects for the Clinical Care Group Senior Leadership Team and maintaining efficient and effective integrated office support services within the clinical care group.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Senior Leadership team has all necessary papers, documents, and reports at the commencement of each working day in addition to those required for scheduled meetings or committees.
- Receive visitors for the Senior Leadership team appropriately.
- Deal with routine correspondence on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team, including preparing letters and reports for signature.
- Ensure the speedy and efficient dispatch of incoming post and telephone messages.
- Receive all incoming post/messages, collate where required with previous correspondence before passing to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and Senior Managers as required, receive telephone calls and deal with them appropriately.
- Provide accurate reports, newsletters, information, communications and slide packs as requested.
- Organise meetings, seminars, and other internal and external events as required by the service.
- Ensure comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, prioritising work in accordance with service need.
- Implement and maintain effective systems, ensuring records are kept safe, confidential, up to date and accessible.
