Teesside University is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Support and Facilities Officer to play a key role within Victoria Road, a vibrant innovation and enterprise hub at the heart of the Tees Valley Investment Zone. The successful candidate will help create an outstanding environment for ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators while supporting the delivery of services that enable companies to access the University's research, innovation and business growth expertise.
Acting as the first point of contact for existing and prospective tenants, you will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to occupancy, ensuring businesses receive an exceptional experience throughout their time within the facility. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the building, working closely with tenants, University colleagues and service providers to maintain high-quality facilities, maximise occupancy and foster a thriving innovation community.

Experience of facilities management, CRM systems, business support or stakeholder engagement would be particularly beneficial.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the region's key innovation assets, supporting businesses at every stage of their journey and helping to strengthen the Tees Valley's growing innovation economy. Join us and help build a thriving community where businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators can connect, collaborate and grow.
