We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Coordinator Apprentice to join our team while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Assistant Coordinator Apprentice plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of our programmes and ensuring an excellent experience for learners, employers and stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable administrative, customer service and coordination experience within a fast-paced education and training environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

You will work closely with programme teams, Candidate Support Managers and colleagues across the business to provide high-quality administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service support via telephone and email.
  • Register student teachers with the Department for Education (Df E) systems.
  • Maintain accurate learner and placement records across internal and external systems.
  • Support compliance audits and learner documentation checks.
  • Produce placement and assurance documentation for schools and settings.
  • Assist programme teams with learner administration and record keeping.
  • Support apprenticeship enrolment activities and learner onboarding.
  • Participate in student teacher interview processes in line with safer recruitment practices.
  • Invigilate online equivalency tests.
  • Produce and analyse reports as required.
  • Support bursary and student finance administration processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve systems and processes.
  • Contribute towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
  • Uphold Best Practice Network's values of Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork and -Continuous Learning.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
