The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and project team.
  • Coordinate site meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Manage site diaries and maintain records of daily activities.
  • Assist with workforce attendance records and time sheets.
  • Organise site inductions and maintain training records
  • Process purchase orders and goods received notes.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries and invoices.
  • Maintain records of plant, equipment, and material orders.
  • Assist with invoice matching and processing.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in a busy environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
