The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and project team.
- Coordinate site meetings and prepare agendas.
- Manage site diaries and maintain records of daily activities.
- Assist with workforce attendance records and time sheets.
- Organise site inductions and maintain training records
- Process purchase orders and goods received notes.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries and invoices.
- Maintain records of plant, equipment, and material orders.
- Assist with invoice matching and processing.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience working in a busy environment with competing priorities.
