This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy construction company based in King's Cross, where you'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Hatch. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll develop valuable administrative, communication and organisational skills that are highly sought after across the construction industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
  • Supporting the onboarding and security clearance process for new personnel
  • Processing security clearance applications and enhanced DBS checks
  • Liaising with employees and subcontractors throughout their application process
  • Recording site attendance and maintaining accurate workforce records
  • Updating databases and carrying out data entry
  • Preparing documents, reports and meeting packs
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Maintaining confidential records in line with company procedures
