We are seeking to appoint conscientious, hardworking teaching assistants (level 2). Millwood School is a well-established, outstanding, and inclusive special school for children who have significant additional educational needs. We have a spacious, state-of-the-art building with specialist facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, specialist play and therapy equipment, and extensive grounds. Millwood is a great place to work!

The successful candidate will:

  • Be warm, supportive, resilient and nurturing, demonstrating unconditional positive regard to all pupils
  • Be hardworking, organised and creative.
  • Be committed to creating a safe and fun environment for children to learn and develop
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across the school within a team under the guidance of the teacher to contribute to, and implement, agreed programmes of study and individual learning objectives; programmes of therapy to support communication and physical development; individual behaviour plans.
