The team has a wealth of experience for in‐house learning and where appropriate courses and development opportunities will be considered in line with the role that you will be providing. A full induction will be provided to the successful applicant. You will also be allocated to a Buddy to support your induction period. Day to day the role will involve core duties some of which are listed below.
- Providing one to one treatment interventions both face to face and within the community and via online platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Establishing rapport, trust and clear goals in order to help them recover and thrive.
- Delivering evidenced based care in line with the Thrive model encouraging resilience, growth and personal responsibility to enable young people to reach their goals.
It is our expectation that you will undertake physical intervention training and remain trained in techniques, as required by the role. Previous applicants need not apply.
