The home caters to up to 27 elderly residents living with age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer's, and they need dedicated individuals to ensure physical and psychological well-being remains the utmost priority.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Following tailored care plans to deliver the highest standard of personal care, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
  • Supporting residents with their mobility and nutritional needs throughout the day.
  • Promoting an enhanced quality of life by providing warm, friendly companionship no matter the circumstance.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to maintain a safe, premium care environment.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (experience with Dementia care is a big plus).
  • A reliable, compassionate nature and a professional approach to premium care delivery.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).

For the position of Care Assistant, you will need:

  • An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
  • Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training.
  • A Referenceable work history.
  • At least 3 months experience within a similar setting.

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

Please note that we do not offer sponsorships.

This role offers ongoing weekend hours. We have part time hours available over the weekend with typical hours being:

  • 08:00 to 20:00
  • 08:00 to 15:00
  • 15:00 to 22:00

The rate of pay for this role is £13.00 per hour.
