The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 £ per hour.

Immediate Starts with night-time hours as an experienced Carer within a beautiful Care Home in the Burton area.

You will be supporting the existing care team who specialise in illnesses related to old age, such as Alzheimer’s Disease or physical mobility issues.

As a care assistant you will be a key member of the team in providing high standard of care to the 35 service users.

Your duties will include

  • Providing a high standard of care
  • Moving and handling
  • Completing company paperwork
  • Completing light household duties

This opportunity will be perfect for someone who is naturally kind, caring and compassionate

  • To apply for this role you must;
  • Have two employment references, one of which must be from a care home setting
  • Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
  • Have a range of experience in the use of Hoists, Slings and Rotundas
  • Have a minimum of 6 months paid UK work experience working within a residential care home.
  • Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this.

We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers flexible part time hours on a week by week basis

You will be working from 22:00 to 07:00, with hours available on varying days from Monday to Sunday
