We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Service Advisor at their well-established main dealership in Burton upon Trent, Derbyshire. Duties of a Senior Service Advisor:
- Act as the key link between the workshop and front-of-house service team
- Prepare and manage workshop job cards to ensure workflow efficiency
- Support Service Advisors with operational queries
- Handle complex customer escalations and resolve issues professionally
- Liaise closely with Technicians and Workshop Control to monitor repair progress
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and aftersales service as a Senior Service Advisor
- Assist in maintaining workshop productivity and efficiency
Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or busy automotive environment
- Skilled in managing customer escalations and resolving complex issues
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently between workshop and customer-facing teams
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
