  • Project Support Administrator (Part-Time)
  • 21 Hours per Week | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00am - 3:00pm
  • We are looking for an organised and proactive

Project Support Administrator to join our clients team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, supporting project delivery, and helping teams stay organised and efficient.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers and the Head of Projects, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly and key information remains accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers with weekly planning activities.
  • Maintaining the shared team diary and calendar.
  • Processing invoices and assisting with financial administration.
  • Issuing, tracking and following up quotations.
  • Chasing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating and managing the team project tracker.
  • Coordinating communications across the projects team.
  • Updating and managing the weekly team diary.
  • Assisting the Head of Projects with developing and maintaining team processes and procedures.
  • Managing holiday records, sickness reporting and annual leave tracking.
  • Ensuring accurate team scheduling and visibility across the department.

About You

We are looking for someone who

  • Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and shared calendars.
  • Can work independently while collaborating closely with a wider team.
  • Has experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar support role (desirable).

You'll be a central point of support, helping ensure projects remain on track and administrative processes run smoothly.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm (21 hours per week).
