The Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Pack and label finished products accurately
  • Report any issues or faults to the team leader
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
