Our client is a leading company within the technologically advanced vibration control, rubber fabrication and bonding solutions sector. They are looking for individuals to join their busy production team, who will take responsibility for the assembly and quality of the products manufactured in their cell.

  • Cutting and preparing rubber blanks ready for the mould
  • Operation of heated hydraulic power presses
  • Identifying scrap and escalating any issues that arise
  • Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards
  • Preparation of small metal components for moulding process using shotblasting technology
  • Operation of bespoke assembly machinery
  • Quality checks of assembled rubber products
  • Trimming and bonding of final rubber products
  • Batch control and record keeping

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

The job holder is expected to be able to work in a manufacturing environment. There is a requirement to be flexible with regards to shifts and working patterns.
