This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Recycling & Waste Management operation, offering excellent rates of pay, a 4-day working week, and long-term opportunities.

The Role
As a Class 2 Driver / Loader, you will be responsible for supporting daily waste and recycling collections across local areas.
Duties include:
- Driving a rear-steer Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Carrying out waste and recycling collections across Lichfield and Tamworth
- Assisting with loading duties where required
- Completing routes safely and efficiently
- Manual handling and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Working closely with team members to deliver a reliable service
