The predicted salary is between 29903 - 36549 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled team within Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service East (CYPMH East). This is a newly formed service created by the integration of Children and Young People’s Psychological Services (CYPPS) and East Lancashire Child and Adolescent Services (ELCAS). You will take a role in the delivery of quality service provision that promotes and improves the well-being of children, young people and their families.
Working within a systemic and holistic framework you will support the clinicians in undertaking needs led, evidence based assessments and therapeutic interventions with children and young people, their families and carers.
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual with a genuine interest and desire of working with this client group. You should have good verbal and written communication skills, be creative and innovative, and enjoy working in a busy clinical service. The successful applicant will be able to co-work effectively with colleagues and manage a small case load with support from case holders. You will be required to work independently with regular clinical supervision in delivering brief therapeutic interventions and undertaking school observations.
This role is mainly based at Burnley General Hospital but there are some requirements to travel to around the geographical patch of East Lancashire.
