Are you a caring, reliable and compassionate person who enjoys making a genuine difference in people's lives? We are looking to build a team of Personal Assistants to support two friendly and sociable individuals in maintaining their independence and continuing to enjoy life in their own home.
This rewarding role involves providing practical day-to-day support tailored to individual needs. Duties will include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, and helping with general household tasks such as shopping, laundry and changing bedding. Your support will play an important part in helping to maintain a comfortable, safe and well-organised home environment.
From time to time, you may also accompany us within the local community. This could include attending medical appointments, running errands or taking part in social activities. The role may require pushing a manual wheelchair, so a reasonable level of physical fitness and confidence is important.
We are looking for people who are kind, patient and dependable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide person-centred support. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as we value the right attitude and approach just as much as experience.
This is an opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming environment where your contribution will be genuinely appreciated. We welcome applications from anyone who can work any of the advertised hours, as we are looking to create a flexible team to meet our support needs.
If you are passionate about helping people live independently and would like a role where you can make a real difference every day, we would love to hear from you.
